Hi,
I'm John Palmer, a poet from Columbus, Ohio.

A sailing ship

A ship it sails through watery Gail's.

A lighthouse speaks language to greet

If not for the water, a real teeter totter

ships mission may have been complete

hanging from a thread to not end up dead.

Seems to hard to make ins meet.

This wind really blows

and every one knows.

The sea waves weary with deceit.

__________________________________________________________________

Dragons knee

See an Arrow,

Fly through a Barrel,

Into a dragons knee.

Watch dragon's reduce

With no excuse,

(A city

completely wiped clean)

And all that is tall

will crumble and fall

As burnt cannons

Cling to the wall.

With this perspective

There seems no objective,

That could call

this creature to fall.

As we lose our attack my archers stand back,

But everyone knows to hold up their bows,

An order to shoot.

Then, from a dragon

We take a full wagon

Of stolen golden loot.

Noil

Noil, is the only oil we'll never ever need.

So we don't carve up and let the planet bleed.

It's never ever been anything that we ever did need

Especially the way it cuts and makes the planet bleed.

Plant a seed

in hopes to foil

the company of oil.

That's up rooted

Our soil.

__________________________________________________________________

Singularity

Are we singularly plural

Or purely singular ? Inside of my spine

Lives a creature

called The Tingler

It's a good movie

with great actors too.

If you had a creature in your body

what would you do ?

Would you run ?

Would you hide ?

Until you could find

Someone to help you

And not rob you blind.

__________________________________________________________________

Tea and coffee

Tons of tea an tea. Was dumped into coffee bay.

I'd really like to swim here

but they say to stay away.

Because there was no bus

I did not make a fuss

If I find tea coffee

Will you'll stop in with us ?

Red light

green light

yellow light pulse

have some tea and coffee with us just because.

Bappy herth day

A birthday,

Is more, than a party

it's more, than I can say.

Even when it's gone

A little bit, has to stay.

Gifts are good

And last all year.

Fond memories,

Can bring us a tear

There's nothing

We fear

When it washes with beer.

Waking up the next morning

I hope I see clear.

__________________________________________________________________

Sugar salad

Sugar salad sandwiches

sure sound good to me.

I'll have one with my coffee

as I sit beside the sea. There's no need to tell me for I already know. I stored em in the freezer for when I need to go.

Maybe you would like one ?

I could warm one up for you

it's the least I could do is to make a cup then drink it up after I see that you are through. Now that we know each other

you might as well sit down

for Some Sugar salad sandwiches all the way around.

__________________________________________________________________

I'm not equal

I can't condone staying at home

But when I'm outside

I just want to hide.

From all of the people

Who say I'm not equal

And think I should be

Inside a churchsteeple

If you put me out in front ?

You can stare at me and sometimes grunt.

But when I'm standing next to you

I hear no words

Just what you do

__________________________________________________________________

Banana man

The Adventures of banana man.

Banana man.

A juicy fruity hero sent from it's own galaxy to enjoy mankind by eating mankind

To give an example to all food we sample

That we to taste good

What should we do ?

Run for Cover,

learn how to hover,

Or stick to the ceiling Like Glue,

Well you run this way and I'll run that way and the bananas can do what they do.

__________________________________________________________________

Ladle to light

Ladle to light

I use all my might (or) maybe I might not.

Looks like a gleam,

Sounds like machines,

Maybe that's all that they got.

One wrong move

And they could prove

Ceiling caves in this spot.

Inside, it's a struggle,

A flashlight lit tunnel.

As others keep mining

They hear my faint whining

And realize my life

Is merely sheer timing

__________________________________________________________________

Cumin

Tastier than human.

(It's cumin,)

A spice so nice

I used it twice.

Seasoning with reasoning

Cumin and rice.

I'm in the mood,

to make some food.

Scared of my cooking

No need to be rude

I'll still have dinner with that of a prude.

__________________________________________________________________

At times

Learning,

what i don't want to

Learning what they say

Manifest a good breakfast

And then off to work that way.

At times, I'd rather sit on the couch,

Sitting too much can make me say ouch.

So I open the door

To face it once more

No need to be rich

Don't want to be poor

__________________________________________________________________

Hot dogger

Despite these firemen that blast their siren.

Buildings built higher

Enforcing a fire.

As flames reach higher

There's too many cookouts,

and not enough Lookouts.

Send them a wire

Put it all out

Fire and smoke never leave any doubt

__________________________________________________________________

Not my beaver

When Beaver left her life behind

Was death she suffered cruel or kind

When bikers biking came to find

One step over

One walked round

One looked at Beaver on the ground

One was saddened by what she had found

One last one stepped up without a sound

These people honor Beaver mound.

__________________________________________________________________

Frisbee golf

I threw my disc

at my own risk reinforced my arm loosened my wrist played for good luck

and couldn't resist another round

from tree to ground I did pretty good silence with sound my disc went left then was right

one hell of a game

I rode home my bike.

__________________________________________________________________

Something to eat

Put through the ringer like a bucket of paint thinner some of us miss breakfast lunch and sometimes dinner it's getting harder to stay away from this worldwide decay there are those who with their riches would lead us to the slay.

And still we pay our taxes and are expected to say okay

__________________________________________________________________

Dark days

Witches and warlocks that kind of thing a series of mysteries that cannot explain this on reasonable seasonable graveyard and how it got its name and the dead that are not dying maybe they feel the same one thing could be for certain the living could be the blame

__________________________________________________________________

Loss of feeling

A monster named loneliness.

How did we not know? Slipping into shallow snow

It has no where to go. It's been standing here most of the night. We could have seen it If we had sight.

We walk on past most every day.

Yet, Here it sits,

With no mind to pay.

__________________________________________________________________

Walking ground

Baron land of Rock and Sand

oh ifin no one know about your life

about your death taking up that last one breath

and then what's left to show

showing those people keeping the fond revitalizing animals all over the lawn

seeping up the water keeping all the trees noticing these endangerments

will continue to blow the breeze.

__________________________________________________________________

Something for tomorrow

Unfortunately,

We have died.

And, we wished for Tomorrow.

Night to day,

Has gone away

With, And, Without sorrow.

When in the grave There's nothing

to crave

No reason it gave,

that would make it ok

To come out the ground.

Peace that we found.

Is the only, reason to stay.

__________________________________________________________________

Birds fly we walk

There once was a bird that never said a word but love to peck on a peach

at times he'd steal

or simply reveal

a world far from the beach

he lived to fly

and never ran dry

he would never stop nor would he try

he flew great distances

and saw many a sky then flew round the world in case he might die

__________________________________________________________________

Disappear

Roots and branches these are the last chance ranches

of a world we simply haven't killed

but for some reason life seems to be out of season

when it comes to getting our fill

at times

there's a notion

a commotion

or something that's built out of fear

that's often brings the fog

instead of lifting it clear

when it comes down to people

should further be opposed to near

__________________________________________________________________

Politics

Dire Straits,

Shirley, needs a ban.

When it's manipulated by another human's hand

Ring around the world

Oh those dirty rings

We try protests

During the war

And still can't restore

The meaning of life

Without taking life convincing ourselves

We did it in good strife

__________________________________________________________________

Lessons

Something outrageous

something contagious something

that I can call mine.

It's more than a body

That shows off karate

Painting with turpentine.

Along the desk

Is only the best,

It's made by tomorrow

Just like the rest.

If it's made of wood

Perhaps we could

Interpret those words

That are misunderstood

__________________________________________________________________

Paying visitor

Chippewa Falls but he stumbles first as he tries to gain his balance he came to my house to pay a pound but instead only paid an ounce he brought his dog which ran through a bog

Then saw me and started to pounce

I picked up that dog through it out like a log and tossed out the other no accounts.

__________________________________________________________________

Lost at sea

Oceans of sound

that move me around above and below

the easiness

silence above silence below

entering the world that no ones

should go

this watery Mass

that makes this bath bubble and sud around me

free floating all day

I think it's safe to say no one will ever find me.

__________________________________________________________________

A good breakfast

The most of toast

Is, French toast

And /or grilled cheese

Flowered with seeds

We got food that eat's with ease.

Past my stomach down to my knees when I look round

I find my keys.

I start my car

But don't get far

Cuz french toast and grilled cheese

Is what we're having more please

__________________________________________________________________

Misunderstanding

Sporting Goods store

and not much bad

however the last time they made me mad

They said I spoke harshly more than it really was

I think the manager said it to me just because,

Maybe he was bored

Or missed his singing chord

Whatever he thought it was ?

I think he said it just because.

__________________________________________________________________

The essence of music

Inside machines where lives are laundered,

Seems like magic that music's still

conjured.

We the musicians self proclaimed magicians.

Can twrinkle the Twilight away.

A musical Jam

To show who I am

Leaves very few words to say.

__________________________________________________________________

Table salt

There's a ripple in the force

that's taking us off course.

Ships can't sail through water made of kale

Kale is good,

But mostly misunderstood

The vitamins that are inside

Help us when we run dry

__________________________________________________________________

Daily Dollar

Without people, money, does not work

Without money

people, don't want to work.

We have lot's of abuse

Lot's of excuse.

The Hypocratic Oath that's merely an oaf.

Words that are said then lost in our throat

People without money

The real, escape goat.

__________________________________________________________________

The Green Scene

Plant a tree for prosperity

plant a tree aside the grass

plant a tree so lungs they last

plant a tree to save our ass

who'll know how long pollution will last

will we survive

this time ?

As fossil cast.

__________________________________________________________________

Didn't you know?

Butterfly volcano insects play piano

The cricket is terrific and the birds they rarely Miss it something that nice you just want to wish it

forever and ever

and never to want

I think Birds could use music

if they're gonna to hunt

sitting back burner

is quite the head turner

if we had wings

we'd be a quick learner

__________________________________________________________________

Money versus everything

Money brings out,

the least in man.

I'm told that it can't but I see that it can. Fidelity turn's to jelly

As our bodies, they expand

smelling the stench

of someone's perfume

As they stand as close as they can.

It should be our plan

To get things in hand.

Money brings out the least in man

__________________________________________________________________

Money versus voting

Which one will win ?

Voteing forms opinion

But money they can spend.

When you're out all day,

trying to make your way,

Someone comes to you,

And then they say.

Who will you vote for on this particular day ?

Is there an answer

Dear Prancer.

That gives you something to say.

__________________________________________________________________

What she can do

Marching her feet

to the sound of that beat

as she's singing her favorite song.

She can run

A short distance without much resistance,

or, she can decide to run long.

When climbing at the gym

So, She can stay slim.

A nice even pace

with no one to race

If she finds a lake

Made of ice cream and cake

She maybe might

Just jump in.

__________________________________________________________________

Fairy Tail

(An overwhelming experience.

Holds foot steps

And finger prints

To the path we find.)

Someone once asked me,

if they could pass me that is, if I didn't mind.

I said

off the top of my head,

do you have any bread

I can offer at the castle

To help me find,

that, princess in time, a kiss on the cheek, with no hassle.

__________________________________________________________________

Giving up

Landscapes on fire burn so much higher,

When the price of food

Is beyond the buyer.

Is someone to blame ?

Seems -

We all do the same.

Each of us waste,

(To be led by taste)

  Let's talk about water

don't even bother !

It's all turning brown

The world gone round. There's only one planet.

And we're taking that for granted.

__________________________________________________________________

The first action

Beyond, settled settlers

that settled on the side

There's unsettling that's settled on their eyes as they cryed.

There was a mood that made them brood

Instead of asking why.

Would it be so rude

if they could be removed ?

I certainly

see reasons why.

__________________________________________________________________

Diagnostic

If I should leave before I Stay

would you be with me another day

to hear my words when I say

this life is spawned from Pure decay

the time was ancient

no rhyme to say

the prognosis came with out delay.

it was ours

it was theirs ?

I'm pretty sure

that no one cares

About Our Fate

when it's too late

to congratulate ourselves

when we reveal

all the ways

we plan not to feel.

__________________________________________________________________

The wrong mission

Abandoning the sidewalk

I don't see an excuse. When you're in our way

everyday

It turns into abuse.

City of Madison,

You do what you want.

They give us a bike path but put you up in front.

What's the point of you coming around

Your danger right at us

And acting so proud.

One come all

let's make a crowd

Maybe one day bikes won't be allowed

__________________________________________________________________

Feeble

Dis-mantling

Human being,

Re-made. Buy machine!

The cost is negligible,

The outcome incredible.

If enough money, go buy

It, becomes, forgettable they're all well paid

and all well selected.

Just like the ones,

Thet have been elected.

Now that their're here

Can they be rejected ?

By all of the people,

Who've been

Oath sworn protected.

(One thing,)

They forgot to mention

There's no monitoring

just safety prevention.

__________________________________________________________________

Possible outcome

Not much devotion toward our emotion who's to say,

if it's worth the commotion

Moving back, and forward again,

Building structures

Of leaking sand,

Falling through fingers straight past the hand

This is the life that most us demand.

Seeking shelter

From sheer thoughts of dust,

I try to be positive

but it's mostly disgust.

__________________________________________________________________

Laws made hazardous

Rules.

Why should they hold ?

When those who make them are 2 & old.

Set in their way

like the latter day

Non-responsiveness (Is).

Governing us away tucked in their pockets

We have no words to say.

See what money has done

When it stands for no one

With people backing behind it you'd think it would be fun.

Like I said before.

Money stands up for no one.

Dirt to shoe

5 loan hikers.

That happened to be bikers

came together on a great divide.

To see each other on the other side.

One caught his ankle.

One caught her toe.

They still made it out of there.

Oh. Don't you know that the next time they go

there rip to a tear

They might just think about underwear.

But that's ok. I don't need to say.

Any more tonight or even today.

They evan have a nurse to mend up any hurts.

Their friends miss them much. I hope they come in first

__________________________________________________________________

Indecisive

That's how it goes.

From where it came No one knows.

That year they Say

The water run deep.

If breathed to much would make you sleep.

So they covered it up with a great big tarp. When tourist, came They said.

Fine Art.

The theater came

to offer a part neighbors said

It should be a park!

I really don't know what to do.

So I considerably gave the decision up to you.

Failed rescue

I'd rather, be without, then, have to live in doubt.

Otherwise, I feel,

That i must scream and shout.

It's who i really am

Not a mortal man

Maybe it's in my head

From living back to dead.

Would you like to rush me

Or simply slice to hush me.

Opening my brain,

To see what's insane.

Don't like what you see

Wash it down the drain

Awaiting this world with an open mind,

I'm the one, they call, Frankenstein.

__________________________________________________________________

Alone

I'm from Ohio

not from here

that's why I live

in so much fear

Where I was born

Land's ripped and torn

All you can see

Is crops of corn

Scioto Downs

With not many ups

They've raced horses

And dogs from pups.

If you were from there you might be scared too.

now that I'm here

I don't know what to do

My teddy bear

Teddy bears have no teeth

cuddles and hugs beyond belief sometimes I think I'm just fine

cause teddy bear is me oh mine

Teddy bear stands when I just sit

he helps me out when I have a fit

Mom thinks Teddy's just a gas

Me and Teddy play and Sass

One of his eyes is made of glass

The other fell out back in class

Something new that Teddy can do

Like wave his hands or sit and stew

Well I love teddy just the same

No matter how I feel Teddy's never to blame

This napping stuck

This suckling that side steps around my mind sap slips and kind of drips down the sides of my finger tips

i dosed off

I can't complain

but this sap

is going to make me insane

I'm stuck

what bad luck

I can't get out

I twist I turn I scream

I shout

my bodies immobilized

no one hears my crys I'm stuck on this tree with no guarantee

of ever being unsuckled

or ever being free.

I am foolish

but not a fool

my phone recorder

is my favorite tool

it helps me along when my friends are gone

it lets others see if someone's following me

I'm glad it's there

it's not too scare

it's only fair

I make you aware

if you're going to creep up sneak up

or do it as a dare

my phone might just catch you

as I merely stand and stare

Truly reading

There ain't no getting out the graveyard cuz when you go you are giving and you're giving when you go some die a little faster others die a little slow life seems so fantastic oh did you never really know it's not from a life of reaping it's not that they know how to sew some like to gather rocks and they really like to throw if there's a fellow to follow or a drink to swallow or a log to hollow to burn giving up their life if that's what they like giving it at every turn

given half the chance

I could advance

into a four-leaf clover is there a place where Roots they race

until they nearly fall over

plants know so much and never out of touch they could face a supernova

wheir not only plants with such reason to rant

But with global warming

people just can't.

The prophecy

We world and tears can't wash away our fears

are scars lay dirty

and complete

our lands lost their choice

as we've lost our voice rainbows lay wrong

as they color you a song

from your ear to the nearest gong

as you're walking around

can't hear a single sound

it's Times Like These that make that ground come down around sound

__________________________________________________________________

Expectations

Given a gift

Freshly sliced

from sheer cliff

It was great

it was cool

it was totally out of control

The air was ladled to inflate,

an invisible gift

I only caught a whiff of that which seemed made out of slate.

I hope I may see it before

I'm told I don't need it

And then

There goes the cake from my plate

__________________________________________________________________

A short visit

Empty words Forge careless memories

Across and Beyond

To whom they belong

A sentence is said

Sometimes in song

Is it stable to pawn

From our table

That witch is already gone

Another conclusion Turns to illusion

To hold us

Or forward us on

Is there some means

That feels just as clean ?

That helps us

When we don't belong

Inside I'm like jello

An everyday fellow

When spoken

Sometimes it goes wrong.

Coffee or loose tea

Fantastic tea-tastic

Particles of pallen

Drinking my tea where my tea leaves have fallen

Although my coffee

Has long been forgotten

It's nice that my guts don't feel that way rotten

Although it's not needed

most coffee is treated

Sold and said yummy but it burns in my tummy

So I come to you to say

If you drink coffee everyday

What goes in may feel just fine

But what comes out May blow your mind

__________________________________________________________________

Dining experience

No social Grace

In the restaurant place

Revealing all irregularities

Is such a disgrace

To break into a scratch and rash

Upon each other's plates

Inside this working place

How does one Escape

This final Finance of an unsocial social race

Are you kidding me

There is no path

Just bad math.

A sidewalk in despair.

When walking around Be aware.

Sidewalk for you

bike path for me

we're not supposed to share

It's so damn dangerous

Not courageous

We really need

You to care.

__________________________________________________________________

A good oath

I pledge allegiance

To my bike

for as many miles as I can ride

And to the public

To witch it supplies

One or more bikes

That we ride outside

One race under the sky

Invincible and miserable

And always wondering why

We peddle and peddle

And never settle

For anything better that's made out of metal

(Rebecca Hudson's alternative ending:

We peddle and peddle and never settle for any motor made out of metal)

Needle and the haystack

Feed my fork

with your eye.

Time to tell the farmer's daughter goodbye.

Running all day

with my pants halfway

I know he's right behind me,

I hope he never

Finds Me

Or he'll stack me

like a big bale of hay.

If I can make it to the creek

without making a peep

I think he may mistake me for a stray.

Lions dread

What's coming ahead

Oil will foil

Any ocean we soil.

There is an example to sample,

before we Dive In.

For hundreds of years

will do it all again.

It's not, that this is permissible

Though, often it's dismissable.

That's probably when we should look

at the lives that have been took

There's one story

Of freedom guts Glory

As we lick thire hand.

  And waaag our tail

  Wouldn't want

to speak our mind We could end up

  In jail.

  What's the use

 of having a tongue.

  When It sets off

  And offends.

  Anyone

  we talk too

   Walk to. or even if

 We get close.

 say the wrong word

 And you

 could end up toast.

 There once

 was a world

 worth holding

 A boy or girl

Higher than we hold most.

Gallatiness

The applesause kids

never need bibbs.

They'll need spoons

The way they eat is something

short of neat

Shoveling food, from head,

 to feet.

It's something of a rarity,

 When it's measured uncomparably.

Actions, with no severity.

__________________________________________________________________

Shopping sense

Alabradorcy, can't be found

 in a pharmacy.

Though, you can sit on a bench

 and think, it's a cinch,

Eat all you want,

 it's thirst, we can't quench.

 The thoughts in our head

 that lay in our bed.

Do they bring us comfort,

 Or something else instead.

__________________________________________________________________

Point A to point B

The mountain gives us a raging river,

the city give's us, a place to quiver.

Held behind gate's.

That serve empty plates.

Fallen freedom,

Could be forming to late.

If no, grass, is greener, on the other side.

Then downtown Browns

Full circle come round.

Hydration fixation

Water bottle,

 Your so fun

 I'd take you

 with me in the sun.

 when my body's

  thirsty and so dry

 you hydrate me,

 So I won't die.

I'd like to walk with you bottle in hand,

Your handy dandy Sandy fan !

You helped me grow

From boy to a man.

I'll drink you always,

 The best that I can

Outlook

People, like land mines,

 When they go off

  Always be hard

  Never be soft.

 Will they,

 Come to you ?

  will they,

 Go through you ?

 If, All it took

Was reading a book

With pages inside

How we defind

The life of a mind.

Two efforts

Bob and weave

had a plan up their sleeve

 to never ever sit up.

Then weave got a plan to help Bob stand,

And certainly hoped that was enough.

At times there's a crutch, we don't need so much,

I feel that living can be rough.

 Even with medicine,

  I bet Thomas Edison,

at times, felt like giving up.

Moment consumers

Running out the office, running oh so fast,

Passing my car straight to the bar before the bar times pass.

I'm only 20 to 30,

and this building seems so dirty,

as long as it's Friday

I'll do it all my way. That being said

it's a certainty.

Flowers bloom,

only, to decay,

life is tomorrow !

not yesterday.

Insomnia we combat,

A short life

That's a fact ! life that's for free

Is happiness guaranteed

No matter who you are

Wish Upon a Star

Work a long time job made to drive a car

Until then,

you'll have to bike,

Probably something you used to like.

In the end

as you see them pass you'll be the one

that's not using gas

Do you voodoo?

Soul, of a pitch black bird,

Can you tell me

A different word ?

When it comes my time to die,

You won't dare,

ask me why

The sky will certainly fry

Inside

A moment's eye.

And surely my head will spin

From all the time I spin therein.

Banking on the right one

Credit or debit

At Summit

you'll get it,

As Your helped

not later, but now

When it go's,

With such speed

Which is just

what we need,

We won't have to throw in the towel.

When going to work put a tie with that shirt

Or have someone show you how.

The real way to dress,

Is impartial I guess

Better be clean sober

And proud

Ah kitty cat

I miss, Mr. Rini. Unfortunate

but true as a fact,

I'd take him in

for a full life spin,

But he's someone's else's cat.

Too bad, there is no cure,

As i rub fingers through his fur.

He's got devotion

mixed with emotion

and this I could say for sure.

If he's not tiny ?

If he's not teeny ?

We could, we should, ask mysterini.

about the pause

just because,

he might have gotten dirt, on his paws.

Mathematically That's correct

With his help you know you,ll pass. It's only math. Anyone can learn. Come. On in. Its Your turn. See its fate. You did just great. Now you,ve. Graduateded. Never to late.

Rug bug

Is there a roache coatch

that you can all ride ? That keeps you to the out doors

instead of inside.

You, being you

 and, me being me,

It's food, I can't hide and reason can't see.

It's more than a bug that stands on my rug

When I make food

we both take a tug.

Aftermath

Lead my friends to logic

As they find ways to resist,

some may say it's cancerous,

When two ways try to exist

At times, there's no time,

for a poet, to show it, or even make a rhyme,

In a world of such

it's just easier to hush

(To be not noticed

Is a crime.)

Blood Diamond

I cannot behave,

Screaming at her grave,

I crumble and fall like a leaf.

The parts of my mind I pretend are still fine

Are few and far beyond belief.

Life and death

share the same breath

Walking above the beneath.

Well, I do not care

when I can not bear

the parts that still leave me grief.

__________________________________________________________________

Ignored

Gems and jewels we forge out with tools,

 Under and over the Earth.

 Making A machine

 that realy runs Mean,

To be pushed around by by girth.

Is there a sign that we can all mine

Instead of preplaning with dirt ?

When digging out Diamond, that might still be Shinnon,

As brightly as blood on a shirt

Uneven ground

Elevator, can you help me off this floor ?

 Can't escalate this endeavor

Any better than I did before.

 I am up

 I am down.

 No need for lifts,

 With feet on the ground.

 Here we go

 as we stay,

It is like that every day

 Find a place

 where we can race

 Nowhere to go,

 As the cars set pace.

__________________________________________________________________

Flighty and skittish

We don't fly,

We're thrusted

 Through, the sky.

 When engines

Don't work

There's no gliding

 Just dying

Blame it on computer ask the reasons why

It really doesn't matter

When you're falling from the sky.

There is no way to parachute

little to, none survive.

Merely counting down seconds.

If the plane

should decide to dive.

Natureistic

The purity, of a child,

Could be wasted on adulthood.

The opportunity

of adulthood,

May never see that child.

Not so tame,

And always born wild inside this animal,

Along lives the child

It takes a long while

To realize,

We could be dumb.

If you take away our fingers

you will only find a thumb.

Bones to bend

Chiropractor.

why did you hurt me ? I'm on the table

and then you desert me.

When I'm in need.

And you Can't be seen.

I get hurt agan.

It's deep side

when it hurts sigh.

My spinnel cord feels like dough.

I'm on the table. Without a label.

The green button indicates go.

Technicality

The writer wrights

but only the listener can hear

if there is no listener there is no meaning

if there is no meaning there can be no song along the notes

that fall

from our throats

The Genius

of song is said

in the next morning will more come storming

to comfort you

as you lay in bed

is there a deed

that more people need that's Sprouts from your music instead another seed inwhich they can feed

A poet's not famous till dead.

Pale face

Our cigarette breath, keeps getting stronger While cigarette body's

Won't last much longer

A disgrace,

this race,

between cigarettes and our face.

Who would believe,

we can't leave

those alone,

whether out & about

Or at home

Never alone when cigarettes are shown

Part of our crutch

We love way too much

Migrating moth

Ah my beautiful butterfly wish. When we touch.

Our body's twitch. Out then in

then down again

With every move We understand.

Hold me now. Inside this dream, for in the morning. We'll have to leave. These wind's of breeze,

Until they be

We fly by night. Our wing's decree.

Refreshments

I Reluctant to be free

 with my words of honesty

As I look inside thire eye.

I'm still attracted

can't say why.

As I bloom

inside this room

they always find me

all to soon.

I sat way forward

to be behind.

The ceiling was appealing

as the dinner kind of died.

Final notice

Bath in the sunshine. Shower in the rain. There's a world I live in that I can not explain. How bitten by life this wonder is new thang. Leaving's all to easy. As is tooth to a fang. Sunshine smooths my forehead. As my eyes sunburn away. I bike a few miles cast a few smiles. And then I start to say. Wade in the water. Curry in the stew. The way to a soft center is waiting there for you.

Identity crisis

The only thing there should be to do. Is to never loose sight of Youhoo you. When those things that just there was, sat up and spoke to me just because. I was unprepared I got so scared I turned orangerine and left the seen. Now running through bushes, leaves and weed. In hope to find a place where I can be me.

__________________________________________________________________

Questionable questioning

Falling sun inside our hopeful eyes.

All of the days of our lifes.

Maybe a showdow of me all the days of my life,

Could it be what we hear, not what we see All of the days of our lives?

Shuttle me some suggestions and not so many questions. All of the days of my live.

Could it be that serenity is really that few and far between.

All of the days of our lives?

The bear facts

A grizzly ant grizzly. Until there's a tizzy. That it may or may not be in.

Attention you campers.

Put away your food hampers.

And make sure you seal up that lid.

When walking around. Be sure to look on the ground.

For riches Life cannot forbid.

Please.

Don't make a sound.

I think we just found. Treasure left here by Captain. Kid.

The purchase

Paddy cake

paddy cake

Bike down the road just as much as you like.

Peddle paddle make that wheel wag.

Buy that bike if it feels just right.

Bike it out the bag.

As your biking down the street To all your friends You long to greet.

Somethang ponders apon your mind. Trickles down your very spine.

You look around

the lights are gone.

You try to speak.

But somethangs wrong.

Inside your mind

you hear a cry.

You try to think.

But don't know why. This trickling tickled your very spine.

And in the morrning As you sleep

I think you'll find.

Your mind so deep.

with mr. Pibb

feeling so sprite

cleared his throat

and said goodbye

looked at the sky climbed a mountain

a mountain of dew

he got to the top

and then he fell through

Moonbeam over Miami,

Where drunks go to shine.

Drinking our drink

until we can't think

No way to run out of wine.

There's nothing

No one can say

we're drunk here every day

Eating our bread

to dry up our head.

How we define

Our drink---ing time.

As we're snoring

Into, the next morning

Without us knowing

The rain is just pouring.

Ice cream trials

Maybe you don't. But Haagen-Dazs. only for a while and just because. That smooth silky ice cream that settles on my tongue I'll aways love it now. And did when I was young. Give it to me on an island give it to me on a boat. I'll eat ice cream all day long if I can get it down my throat.

We the People

Communing in hysteria, does not make a community, stealing a bike path does not make a sidewalk.

How do I know

it's where people go

we don't need a leash

Or a government to teach

Everyone,

There is a place to be it's not in front of me when bicycling.

Greedy spoon

Hamburgers and french fries. milkshakes and cheery pies. disappearing before my eyes.

Isn't this suicide.

Long live the Fable

The problems are here.

Not in space.

Is there something,

We don't want to face.

Kids sell cookies.

We sell bombs.

Who really needs these kilotons? Is it terminal to be benign?

If we make it. Is there time?

If life give us lemons.

Where is the lime?

Ice caps are melting

Its happening all the time.

We run and we climb in hope's we can fly

So many of us feel this way. Can't you see them. When they try.

__________________________________________________________________

Practicality

A little laceration

goes a long way.

That's what lot's

of doctors

seem instructed to say

Don't you think us both

Should share in on the oath

Not the hypocritical

Infact the hippocratical

And given a procedure that is not so radical.

To live a life

That feels just right

thet's hopeful and

some what practical.

Undying sorrow

Amazing brace,

Just in case,

I break my heart

and can't replace.

Stay away from cliffs

And all dead stiffs,

We know these things are not good gifts.

Inside your kiss

I sometimes miss,

Maybe somethings

Should not exist.

As I look to tomorrow

To end my sorrow,

I'm still waiting for some kind of bliss.

Tears in the river

What ever the cost its Put on the cross As we try to wish it away. When is a preacher imagination gone teacher. When what is stood for No one can say. Blooming our sins from night til day. Seems to be, the all mighty way. Considering the cost of This Holocaust. No wonder I'm encouraged to stray.

Prostate

I can't piss.

Cause I may miss. Another opportunity to piss again.

So I take a pill.

In hopes to chill my prostate that seems to have no will.

I'm watching and waiting and wanting to go

this haunting my bladder is ghostly you know.

More vitamins I'll take in hopes to change fate.

When I was much younger it wasn't so late

to take a piss and never miss the beautiful stream that beamed out of me. Now I can't piss

cause I may miss another opportunity to piss again.

Duct 5, 2 pass at 6

While

Out on a bike ride

I Came Upon a track.

I placed my ear

opon a tier

(They say) Ghost train

may come back.

The iron was a little bumpy.

It felt as if someone had died.

If ghost train comes

tumbleing back,

Maybe I'll see inside. Rust on the track turns red.

As thoughts they enter my head.

Days unfold

Stories, are told

Of towns, that go bust

While panning for gold

Good schooling

I have a picture

A picture surprise.

The kind of picture that fits inside your eyes.

Instant device I will devise.

I loved it so much

I made it twice.

It came to me one day at school.

If not for the teacher. Would I be a fool ?

To whom it may concern

No more cop outs

Do what's right

not just your job.

Or turn the knob

to find a job

more suited for you.

What's on a badge besides a pledge.

But when on their own some teeter the edge. making us die

and watching us cry. With their satellites so high in the skies.

Undisputable points when hiring these guys.
